In collaboration with the OSCE, the Red Mill Agency embarked on an inspiring journey to elevate digital marketing knowledge in Kosovo through a detailed training workshop. This event brought together 58 public officials from municipalities across the region, including directors and department heads. The workshop covered a range of topics, such as public communication models, audience analysis, gender perception in communication, and societal expectations. This initiative reflects a commitment to fostering gender equality within public institutions and contributes to the professional and personal growth of municipal officials, enhancing their digital marketing capabilities and enabling them to better serve their communities.
